Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 July 2026

These terms cover how you may use the Skelora portal and its Pro subscription. By browsing the site or subscribing, you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a studio or fund, you confirm you are allowed to.

What Skelora is

We publish data and analysis about the games market: dashboards, a weekly briefing, a quarterly report and an archive. It is a subscription information service, nothing more. We are not a broker, a placement agent or an adviser, and using the site does not create any advisory relationship between us.

Your subscription

Pro access is personal to the subscriber named on the account. Monthly and annual plans are described on the homepage in US dollars. We arrange payment by invoice after confirming your request; access begins once that is settled. Please do not share your login or redistribute the dashboards, briefings or reports outside your organisation without asking us first.

Fair use of our content

You may use our analysis internally and quote short passages with a clear credit to Skelora. You may not scrape the site, resell our data as your own, or republish a report wholesale. The charts and figures are ours to license; the market facts underneath them are not, but our expression of them is.

Accuracy and estimates

We work carefully, but a lot of what we publish is estimated or modelled from incomplete disclosure, and we label it that way. Figures can be revised as better information arrives. You use our numbers at your own judgement — see our Disclaimer.

Behaviour and access

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the portal. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaches these terms. We can also update the terms; if we make a material change we will flag it, and continued use means you accept the new version.

Law

These terms are governed by German law, and disputes fall to the courts of Hamburg, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live. Questions: [email protected].
