Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

Skelora is a subscription analytics service, online worldwide. This policy explains what we do with the small amount of personal data you share with us — and, just as importantly, what we do not do with it.

What we collect

When you request Pro access or write to the desk, our form asks for your name, work email, phone number, the plan you want and an optional message. That is the whole set. We do not ask for payment card details on the site — billing is arranged separately, by invoice, after we confirm your access.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one narrow purpose: to reply to you, confirm your subscription and send an invoice. If you become a Pro member, we use your email to deliver the weekly briefing and to tell you when the quarterly report ships. We do not sell your details, and we do not rent them to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Active member records stay with us while your subscription runs and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting. Enquiries that do not turn into a subscription are cleared from our working files once the conversation has clearly ended. We keep what invoicing law requires us to keep, and no more.

Where it lives

Form submissions are written to a private record on our own hosting and to the tools we use to send briefings and issue invoices. Access is limited to the people on the desk who need it. We take sensible technical and organisational steps to keep that record from being lost or seen by the wrong people.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from the briefing at any time using the link in every email, or by writing to us. If you are in the EU, the GDPR gives you these rights and more; we are happy to help you use them.

Contact

Questions about your data go to [email protected], or by post to Skelora, Mönckebergstraße 10, 20095 Hamburg, Germany. We aim to answer within a few working days.
